IBS and Gut health

Participants are sought for a new research study investigating whether dietary fibre can improve gut health, mental wellbeing and sleep for people with IBS who also follow a low FODMAP diet.

Eligibility

Adult men and women (18-65 years old) that have been clinically diagnosed with IBS who are on a low FODMAP diet.

Participants will need to be available to attend clinic visits at Edith Cowan University Joondalup Campus, and be willing to consume the intervention supplement sachets each day and provide blood and stool samples.

As a token of our appreciation for your time, you will receive personal health reports including: 1) Two body composition reports; 2) Two dietary analysis in details; 3) One 4-week sleep report
